Website for a family physician and acupuncturist in Santos, Brazil
Landing page for Dr. Gabriela Riccetto, a specialist in Family and Community Medicine and in Acupuncture. The site introduces the doctor, her training and the care she offers, and takes patients straight to booking.
All on one page: introduction with her medical registration, a "Do you feel that..." section, background and specializations, services, online scheduling, contact form, FAQ and an office map.
The challenge
Dr. Gabriela was repositioning her practice: from "integrative medicine" to care focused on pain, function and autonomy. She needed a website that conveyed warmth and medical credibility, with her new visual identity, and that turned visits into booked appointments without back-and-forth messaging.
The solution
We redesigned the site around her visual identity (moss green, cream and coral), with copy that speaks to the patient's pain before talking about the doctor. We integrated Livance online scheduling, a WhatsApp button with a ready-made message and an email contact form, and organized the most common questions in an FAQ.
The result
The site is live at gabrielariccetto.com.br, fast and responsive, with Dr. Gabriela's new identity. Patients find the information they need, understand how she can help and book an appointment online, via WhatsApp or through the form, from any device.
